Can’t help but think of our family Warriors who served our country. I’d try and list them all, afraid I can’t remember everyone. But, Roy, George, Clyde, Rusty, Mickey, Phil, Mike Y & Mike A, Bill Bradshaw (Dad’s sisters husband) James Moody (Uncle), a whole bunch of Williamson and Harper’s, Dad’s cousins on Loflin side (Dads Mom’s maiden name) and Ishim Green Hearns, Captain of artillery Confederate States of America, (killed at battle of Shiloh).
Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines, pretty well represented.
I’m sorry I missed anyone, can’t remember like I did. There was a Moody ancestor with Union forces killed at Shiloh, can’t remember his name, but he supposedly drowned crossing the Tennessee River.
